Find it, use it, cite it: An introduction to referencing
Aim
Harvard referencing is a vital part of preparing assignments, reports, reflective analysis and dissertations for assessment. This session is intended to provide learners with a basic understanding of the principles of in-text citations and the compilation of a reference list or bibliography and practical experience of using referencing.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the session:

Understand the importance of referencing and why it has to be done

Students will have gained experience of using the Harvard referencing system to produce references from a range of resources.
