Finding and selecting online resources for teaching (Open to staff only)
As we look ahead to next year and the block and blend approach to teaching it continues to be important to make sure that reading list materials are available online for students. With this in mind, we would like to invite you to join us for this webinar, which will explain the following:
- eBooks
- how library eBooks work and the available options for providing these
- barriers to eBook access
- eTextbooks
- what options are available if we cannot provide an eBook:
- searching our alternative online holdings
- exploring alternative resources, including thinking about different resource types
- finding and using open access materials
- options for and limitations of digitisation
There will also be an opportunity for questions included at the end of the session.
A link to access this webinar will be sent out before the event.
