Finding Library Resources: Introduction to Discovery Online
If you've ever visited the Library Helpdesk, you've probably heard of Discovery -- but what actually is it and how can you use it in your study? Discovery contains all of the library resources we own and subscribe to; you can use it to find high-quality, academic information.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
- Understand what Discovery is, and what information can be obtained through it
- Identify and articulate the advantages of using Discovery
- Conduct basic searches, utilising appropriate tools and techniques
- Access and manage your library account
